We intended to satisfy every customer with great products so if you have purchased
a product and it is defective or the wrong size contact us asap so that we can
organise a replacement item.
You'll need to post the item back to us before we can send out the replacement item and we should receive the item within a reasonable time frame (14 days).
We do not exchange or refund on lingerie for hygiene reasons.

We will NOT exchange goods that have clearly been worn or are not returned in a
re-saleable condition.
Shipping costs are at the customers expense unless its our stuff up.
